Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Started work without a permit,delayed work for a month while i had to go to city hall for a permit. Job to this day(sept 25) still not complete . Has failed to show up at agreed date. Will not return phone calls.

JOB: Remodel Bathroom/Install Kitchenette Homes By Lorenzo, Inc. did a wonderful job, in a timely fashion, with excellent results. The work performed was for a RI business, and we are more than pleased with the results. We chose Homes by Lorenzo, Inc. over 4 other contractors and would not hesitate to hire Mr. Lorenzo again. Well we were told our window would be in after it was ordered in approx 3 weeks. It didn't happen that way. It took more like 9 weeks before it was installed. Its not fair to the customer to promise things by a certain date and not be able to perform the service on time.
