I hired Alberto to repair the front entry steps at my home The stone work started to pop up and come apart after only a month. I call Alberto many time with no success, I finally got an answer after using a different phone number other than my own. He sent a few people out to repair, and within a month, they popped up again. After several months of calling, I finally realized that he was not not coming back. So I hired someone else to repair the steps, to complete the job he did not finish. I am not satisfied at all. And would not recommend him for anything. I waited patiently for many months, trying to understand that he has a very busy schedule, but least he could have done was return a phone call, but I never even got a return phone call. I find no pleasure in making a bad report, in fact this is my first time, I felt that I wasted my hard earned money, for no reason. He talked a very smooth talk, but after getting paid at the end of the job nothing worked.. He is a long way from being a 5 star recommendation. After hiring someone else to finish the job, they showed me all the short cuts that was used which caused the steps to come apart, this company said that what Albertoâ s company did was something that real concrete and brick masons would never do. Alberto guaranteed his work for a year, just another good sound. So I paid another company to finish his work.

The owner is just as nice and down to earth as can be. He offered a very fair price and managed his crew closely to be certain the work was completed in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. We will definitely hire him again for future needs and will share his info with family and friends. The improvement to our home exceeded what we had envisioned.
