Commercial Security or Storm Shutter Repair Service
We had Homeshield shutters installed on our lanai about 4 years ago. When they work they are great, but have always had trouble with one of them and have to have them come out and fix. Never a charge before. Today they were here about 10 minutes to repair that same shutter and charged 800.00. This is highway robbery. We will find someone else to repair in the future. This was for our home, not business but the above would not let me enter that.

Doing this long distance was a worry but with Carmen helping us it was a dream! She kept in constant touch with us via actual phone calls and sending photos of the completed job. My husband was very ill during this time and she went out of her way to assure him that the job will be done in a timely and professional manner. Her sympathy after my husband past was carring, sweet and comforting!

They arrived on time with all of the necessary tools and products to repair our storm shutters. One shutter had come out of the track and was hanging. They are extremely heavy and he was able to get it back into the track, rolling properly. Another shutter was not fully opening and closing. He took it apart, cleaned it out, got it working perfectly again. He was very efficient, professional, friendly and we would definitely call him again. Great job, we were very happy. Recommend this company hands down. Thank you for helping us!

I never post reviews but Im posting one now. This company went way over and beyond expectations. I had 4 other companies come out and quote me and all were thousands more for the same quality and product.. Home shield not only did a wonderful job installing these so very professional looking they did so in a timely manner and kept me up to date with all the installs... I was so happy with the roll downs I ordered more after the first installation... WONDERFUL!!!!!
