HomeSmiles Durham NC
About us
HomeSmiles Durham is a veteran-owned, fully insured home maintenance company based in Chapel Hill. We serve Durham, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Hillsborough, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Mebane, Graham, Efland, Creedmoor, Butner, Oxford, Bahama, Rougemont, Timberlake and the rest of Durham, Orange and Granville counties. We soft wash houses and roofs, pressure wash driveways, decks and fences, clean gutters and dryer vents, wash windows and hang holiday lights. I'm John Rice, the owner. I do the estimates myself, you get a firm price before we start and photos of the work when we're done. Our lead tech Thomas speaks Spanish and Chinese. We stand behind our work. If you'd rather not think about any of it, HomeSmiles 365 puts your house on a maintenance schedule and we handle the rest.
