"Dear Sir, you expressed unhappiness over receiving an invoice for taxes and materials on your FlexPlan services. The plan contract and our website make very clear that the FlexPlan payment is only for labor (not tax or materials). We hope you will reconsider your review with this explanation."
"We apologize for the problems on our services for you in late 2015. A senior manager will contact you to see if we can make it better. HomeSquare strives to provide a great client experience, and while strong demand for our services and expansion of our service markets (including to Weston) sometimes present challenges, we are disappointed whenever we come short. We have worked hard in the last year to strengthen our internal labor and management resources. We continue to use sub-contractors where that makes the most sense for our clients for cost efficiency and quality reasons, but currently a substantial majority of the labor on our services is from internal employees."
"Thanks for your comments! We?re sorry if the work on your farm?s properties wasn?t what you expected. We hear your feedback and strive as ever to improve!"
