Homestead Inspection, Inc.

Great

He was A nice man.

Neil Minnucci arrived on time and was very informative.

The proprietor, Neil Minnucci, was knowledgeable, responsive, and accomodating.

We hired him for the job, which will be done in the near future. Fast response time and very willing to work around your schedule. Very knowledgeable but most of all, very honest!!

Cared about my home inspection as if their own families were to be living there. Exceptional attention to detail and very concise reporting!

Vincent was very knowledgeable and thorough. Very pleased with the inspection.

Vincent was timely and prompt for home inspection. He was thorough and professional. Due to his professional workmanship, i was able to receive a credit on my offer. The inspection took place in June 2019 but now that i've closed on the home, i'm appreciative of Vincent and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Vincent was very thorough and knowledgeable in his home inspection. Very quick to respond and flexible with time. Would 100% use his services again.

I cannot explain how appreciative I am of Vincent. He did an INCREDB:Y thorough job on the house, was early, courteous and knowledgeable. He educated me on items to consider for the home and what to expect with an older home. I would recommend him to anyone no mater the home. He was just fantastic.

knowledgeable, personable, and trustworthy inspector! has various previous experience in construction and other areas that help provide good insight into home inspection. would highly recommend!

do very good and very helpful

I was considering buying a mobile home and needed an inspector. He was very thorough and found a couple things that needed to be done. I did buy the home and was glad he was able to help with my decision. I would highly recommend this company.

Vincent really new What he was doing, very thorough, he really cared about making sure we got the most info about everything we needed to know(good and bad). I would highly recommend this company to anyone buying a new home!

Neil was responsive and easy to book apt. Very knowledgeable and grounded in fundamentals. Reviewed everything I wanted him to evaluate and gave me recommendations. Only suggestion would be to have had a written summary of problems reviewed, details included, issues created if problem unaddressed, and finally recommended action with suggested vendors. Neil provided most of this verbally, but a written follow up would have been helpful. Overall, pleased with work that Neil did for us.

Detailed report, have to follow up for cost estimates not in report.

Very professional

Missed a huge issue with half of our deck where the joist were rotted to the point that they couldn't even support the weight of a person. When asked how that portion of the deck was missed in the inspection, Vincent asked me why it took me 5 months to discover the problem myself. I am not a home inspection professional, that is why I paid them to do it for me. This portion of the deck is easily accessible for inspection. After a few back and forth Emails, Vincent said he is done dealing with me and refused to respond any further.

Great customer service, fair and honest. Easy to work with.

Friendly, professional and very helpful!! Highly recommend

radon mitigation system was installed. I was very pleased with the work that was done. Neil amazed me with his knowledge on the subject and gave me a detailed report on how the system was working. I would highly recommend Homestead. Inspections

Neil was pleasant and very knowledgeable. They scheduled the service on a Saturday and was in and out within 3 hours.

I had a radon system installed and by far and above Neil Minnucci was the most experienced of the four contractors I had interviewed for the project. Neil was fast efficient and uses some pretty serious radon testing equipment. In fact, he was supposed to only test for three days but it was in between our vacation and Neil didn't mind leaving his expensive test equipment and I ended up getting a two week radon test and report showing hourly results. This give peace of mind for a new radon system. I also had an issue with water in the line a month after the system was installed and Neil happily came out and corrected the issues and did not charge me any monies. Great honest person. What more could you ask for...

He was excellent. Professional, friendly and will definitely be using him again.
