"When we arrived to this location the unit was pulled out and had been partially taken apart. the unit was a stacked motorhome unit. when I first arrived the unit was not running, this is because the customer discounted the motor, I asked him if he had been inside the unit, he replied NO! this was impossible. connected and completed the diagnostic. the unit had a Rear panel heating element that was blown. disassemble the inner dryer tested all components and replaced rear heater panel. One we did not pull the unit out, it was already out, this was done by the customer Two, we provide windows, it is impossible to work on appointment’s in appliance repair. We do our best to get there in the window. We stay in contact with the customer at all times The cost, we have not raised our prices in three years, but all of our costs have increased by 65% and more. The unit was repaired 100% and I don’t understand how people like this customer can set out to hurt a company that is out working and showing up in 119 degree weather, with the correct part, repair appliance in 1 hours, and charge you a reasonable price. "This customer was offered a refund and we also offered to return and replace the control board at no extra cost. The customers called and requested us to order a inlet valve and replace it. As we arrived we checked the machine and all fictions on the valve where working except the hot water side of the valve. We replaced the valve and tested both cold and hot fictions of the valve and it appeared to be working correctly. The machine did exhibit a few strange behaviors, the machine powered on one time on its own. I cleared all the codes and tested again and it worked through diagnostics and one full cycle with no signs of any issues. I explained to this customer that It appears to be working but if it fails or exhibit that error or starts on its own that we would come back and replace the control board at no labor cost added. We do our best to satisfy each every customer we services, not all customer are responsible and use these types of tools to hurt people and companies, in this case they wanted a full refund to buy another machine, in that case w what is a company to do take a complete loos for their time and parts, we offer to make that machine work at no extra cost to them. I do my best for all our customers. In 2020 we complete"
