From the first phone call to Ben of my concern for my 90-yr old fatherâ  s roof through the final inspection of the outstanding work done on the roof installation and total cleanup, I once again can strongly recommend this professional, hard-working, and dependable business owned by Ben Shaffer. He goes above and beyond with customer service, he is humble and kind, and the finished product is always over and above my expectations. My father is very pleased with his new roof, which is a load off my mind. Hometown Custom Exteriors crew does outstanding work in a timely fashion, and there wasnâ  t any evidence that they had even been there after their cleanup, despite the enormity of this job. We are very grateful for their service and appreciate the speed in getting the job scheduled and then completed.
