They were quick and caring about the problem. I only gave 4 stars for the money/value as I have no idea the end bill will be, but I did not ask either. Got to have heat.

Very honest. Wouldn't sell you anything you didn't need. We asked for a quote on a new furnace, which they could have sold us, but instead all we needed was a $75 part ! Nice to see such an honest company

First time using hometown heating was very impressed, they were prompt , professional and very knowledgeable about the problems with the furnace, had the right parts and had the system up and running in less than an hour at a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who wants to find a company with high standards of professionalism.

This is the second time we have worked with this business (same fabulous Rheem modulating furnace - two different houses), and we have been very pleased each time. Hometown was prompt in looking at the job, giving us an estimate, and getting us on their calendar (and sticking to the date). The furnace replacement was complete in about 6 hrs. We can barely hear the furnace come on and love the steady temperature. Love Rheem! Love Hometown!

Though the Rheem furnace had high marks for quality the deciding factor to work with Hometown Heating and Cooling Inc. was due to the expertise, initiative and responsiveness that Tim demonstrated. My expectation is that I won't be seeing much of Tim because of the quality of the installation, but I know that when I do call he and his team will be there for us.

Hometown Heating and Cooling were very professional and friendly to work with. However it appeared parts on hand for most repairs are not carried with the tech, and will have to be ordered and drop shipped from a distributor or picked up in town. My repair required a drop shipment and a second visit 2 days later. This could be a deciding factor to choose a different contractor for an emergency repair like I required.

Tim was here initially to check what we wanted and made suggestions to achieve this goal.The bid was submitted the same day. Tim and his crew were here when they said they would be and installed our new Rheem forced air gas furnace. Work was completed in a timely way and area was totally cleanednbefore their departure. We were instructed on the maint and on functions of the new thermostat. Overall I would rate this Company a 10 out of 10. Great service and fine honest folks. glenn Callaghan

They arrived about 10:00 am and worked until 8:30 pm getting the furnace installed and working. We have an older home and there were some problems with the previous installation. They cleaned up the mess very well and the basement is cleaner than it was before. They were curteous and explained very well the questions I had. They explained how to change the filter and how to set the thermostat. That should be all we have to do with the furnace. I there are problems they said to call and they would come back to Helena, about 1 1/2 hr drive to fix it.
