They charged us 60$ per trip to come out and try to "fix" the problem (plus labor expenses) but never did. When asked what are we suppose to do now that it isn't fixed they said it was our problem and not theirs anymore.

"Sandy We explained to you that when it is 90+ degrees outside, you aren't going to be able to cool your house down to 60 degrees, especially when most of the vents are covered. We made multiple trips to your home, which is 30+ miles that we did not charge you for. You refused to take our advice and clear the access stuff from the vents and around the vents."
