I used Home Town last year and was happy with my experience at first. I called and asked to be cancelled after a few sprays, I paid by treatment, not in full. They were very nice and reasonable about it. The mosquito problems continued, and it didn't seem to be helping much which is why I cancelled. I then received two more invoices which I called and left messages about, these were for treatments I did NOT agree to, and after I asked for it to be cancelled. I then had two men show up to my door and when I did not answer, they left a demand bill in my door. I again called left a vm and stated I paid what I had received treatment for and I am not sure why I keep getting invoices. NO calls or emails back. Now today, I just received a call from a Debt Collector for $158.00 stating I owed them .. I again called and of course it went to VM. I am pretty bummed by this as I thought they were very polite etc ...

We have used this company off and on for several years. I will NEVER use them again. We home from vacation and noticed they had sprayed our lawn and left an invoice. In the past, they would call every year asking if we want to renew. We have not heard from them this year. We called and asked why they serviced our home as we were not planning on using them this year due to the fact that we are down to one income. They told us we have to pay them for servicing our lawn although we did not tell them to renew. They said they sent out a letter over the winter (that we never received) stating they would renew our services if we did not respond to it? a letter. They have our phone number and email and they decided to send a LETTER that can easily get lost/ delivered to the incorrect address. This is probably a way of them getting more business. Shady. Also have them leave our gate open several times resulting in one of our dogs almost being hit by a car. Also not impressed with results

This company is very courteous. They make sure to treat your property with care. The techs make sure to move items in my yard, and make sure not to spray them. I always notice a difference after the first mosquito application is done! We were able to enjoy the yard, and bon fires without getting eaten alive! The lawn is always a great color too. I will be a loyal customer for many years to come.
