from the moment I signed the contract till today I have had issues: 1- I asked for schedule change to accommodate work schedule - Never done 2- Called this week because I have ants and no one has serviced inside my home in months. Was told they could have my tech out on Friday and he would call 30 min before. Since I work near by I could be home to let them in. 3- Tech came and rang my RING doorbell (no call in advance) 4- Tried to talk to tech on my RING bell and he was singing to his music with headphones going 5- I ran home but he was gone. He barely sprayed the outside of my home 6- The nice office people who tried to help both times explained to me that they could not come out till Tuesday because of the holiday. I explained my issue and I am away for the holiday. 7- NOW I got a new company coming who I have to pay just so my house is safe for my kids... DO NOT USE THEM...

I had a really bad bird mite problem in my house and chicken coop and Hometown totally got rid of them. It's been a few months now and I haven't seen one bug!

I have a contract and the rep comes monthly as scheduled. If I have a problem above the usual I call the office in advance, let them know the situation and the Rep is prepared to handle it. Service is awesome. Shoutout to MacArthur.

I was really disappointed with them before they even started doing the job. I contacted this company to come do a possible rodent inspection up in my attic. We talked about the issue and verbally decided to do the job for me. They pulled out their contract and expected me to sign right away as if they didn't expect me to read the whole contract. As I was readying, I discovered some unclear statements in there with the fine prints within. So, I took my time reading the contract making sure everything is clear to me. Before they pulled out the contract, the initial conversation and negotiation was that the warranty is for one year. In the fine prints, they mention the contract would be auto renewed the following year, there would be attorney fees and some other applicable fees. I told them I?m not interested in signing a contract that would be auto renewed. Since there is ?Special Instructions? section in the contract where you can write some additional notes, I told them I?m not interested in the auto renewal. I just need this done now including the 1yr warranty they promised. They refused to write the notes even though they told me I?m not obligated to renew the contract. However.m, that non-obligation statement is nowhere in the contract. They told me I would need to call them a month prior to the date it gets auto renewed to cancel it or they would call me to remind me. I said why would I call a month prior to the renewal whereas I'm telling you now I would not renew it? What if I forget or if for some unthinkable reason I forget to call?? They told me it would be my responsibility letting them know. So at first, I was talking to the guy that came to my house. Then, I realized I wasn't getting anywhere with him. So, I decided to call the office and spoke with his boss. I explained to them that once I sign the contract, I?m bound to what?s written in the contract. I really wanted to do the job, but I don?t want an auto renewal to happen because once it's auto renewed and I refuse to pay, they could take me to court, make me pay their attorney fees, and/or put a lien on my house. He then told me he could write everything else but not mention the non-auto renewal in the contract. He was trying to tell me a BS story that ?there are some folks who had the contract signed before, they never asked those questions. When he called them to remind them the contract has been auto renewed, they didn?t care because they were no longer in the property?. He thought that I was stupid enough not comprehending what?s in the contract and the fine prints. It?s stated something about the contract would bind the current owner or the property itself. That clearly means they have the right to put a lien on the property. Even though I was ready to pay them and have them do the job right away, they refused to put the special instructions on the contract. So, I decided to hire another company to come do the job because I felt like they had other intentions.
