Customer service was exemplary, office staff great and technician is very well versed in sprinkler system. Parts were costly but that is because I have special order parts! Three of my neighbors have used them as well. Thank you hometown sprinkler team my yard is looking great and the patch we never thought would grow has grown!!! Looking forward to next year working with you all

They came to winterize my sprinkler system, they walked through the system with me as they winterized it as well. The gentleman that came was even kind enough to repair a broken head for me, that he had encountered during the shutdown.

Hired this team to take a look at our sprinkler system after having just moved in. We didnt know the state of the system so needed a team to come out and take a look, which we told them about. First visit they came out and said we needed a certain part then itll be good to go, but it is an additional couple hundred dollars. then they never showed up to the appointment and were very late when rescheduled. Once the new part was installed they said now they needed me to pay another couple of hundred for another new part that they did not realize we needed. I voiced frustration for having to keep paying for additional parts when they said the previous part would fix it. They reassured me that this was the last part needed and everything will work after this. Again they were late for the next appointment, and after they installed the second part, they said we now needed to buy something new for another couple of hundred since the sprinkler system was not working. At this point I cancelled the service and I refuse to work with them further. I get that my sprinkler system needed work. I am upset with this service because they reassured me multiple times that just one more part is all I needed. If they did a thorough inspection from the beginning and told me everything that needed updating and the costs, I could have swallowed that. However they did not and just tried to dangle a carrot in front of me and keep me paying for, just one more part. I do not have the confidence in this service and cannot recommend them. Perhaps for simple winterizing, they can do the job, I am not sure.
