Hometown Windows & Siding, Inc.

This has been disgusting -- some of the poorest workmanship I've ever had -- and even though I have a guarantee for one year, I cannot get Ken Meier to call me back nor to do anything about it. I don't know how you can rate Hometown Windows & Siding as 4+ stars -- and I think you need to remove them immediately from your site before anyone else gets subjected to the service and treatment I have received. The only time he contacted me in a timely manner was when he wanted to get paid. The work is a disgrace and if I have to have another individual come in and redo the work -- I will definitely go after them in small claims court.

Hired Hometown Windows & Siding, Inc on 5/13/04. Promised work would be done within 30 days. Almost reaching the 2 month mark, not one person had shown up to perform the work. I would call the company about every Friday, and was told EVERY TIME only the owner could schedule me, and that he would (this time) call me back immediately. NOT ONCE has that person ever called me and I had paid Hometown $100 DOWNPAYMENT about 2 months prior. Everyone answering the phone was nice, but my calls were NEVER returned and nobody could tell me when the work would be done. Eventually, I wrote a review on this website and called the rep who had given me the estimate and promised the 30 day completion, he gave me a different person to contact, and that person did call us back, did give me a date for the work. That date came, and no call and nobody showed. But the next day someone called and did come out and do the work. I am grateful the work was done.
