Stain on my lattice and the porches are 1/2 a__ done will see if he shows up Monday to fix it but the lattice will probably need to be replaced if he does not get it off and drips on my back porch door.

I hired Jeff because of the reviews I read here. He did a good job of installing 3 interior doors and a ceiling fan. I then asked him to build a deck for me. He did a good job until his helper came. The boards were not evenly spaced apart. When I called him, he did redo the boards but I bought the additional lumber. His estimate of what it would cost me was off by $350.00. His helper again skipped nailing boards and the spacing was haphazard. The screws at the end caused the boards to split. I also recommended him to my sister who hired him to rebuild her deck and 2 porches. The job he did for them was pathetic, to say the least. I do not want anyone else to experience what we have with him.
