Great communication until deal is signed. Different groups of workers each time. Gaps Left and shimms used on almost all windows, trim not kept so was not replaced. Very poorly done. Dissapointed.

we are still waiting on the financing for our windows, but the sales rep. was very informing of information we needed to know and explained everything in detail. Very respectful and professional about what he does. His name was Jim Siracuse. I would like to see what other projects we have in mind that he maybe able to help us with and she what he would suggest. Like our flooring in the house and expanding the house to make bigger rooms.

They were easy to deal with from start to finish. We did run into a problem with a block window, but we were able to work it out, a little more communication between all parties involved would have avoided the problem but overall it was a pretty painless experience. We had all the windows in our house replaced, 16 in total for a fair price with no games.

The work crew showed up early each day and completed the project on a Saturday due to a delay between the start of the project and the end due to them being unable to work on the project for 4 days due to very inclement weather. They worked continually with no breaks and cleaned up outside and inside, vacuumed the inside work area, and put all window blinds and curtains up that they had taken down. Very professional and cordial.

The project took 8 weeks to complete. Never knew when they would be showing up. We had to contact the owner of the company. He was most accommodating and apologetic about the situation. And did provide a discount due to the delays during installation.

The installation crew headed by Mr. Moon, were top rate. Incredibly hard working artists. Had a lot of trouble getting accurate scheduling information from headquarters. Calls not returned. Was getting nervous about a scam when the installers showed up four days after epected.

Vinyl Siding - Install or Completely Replace
the sales person coming out to do the quote for siding it ran into the night and it was dark so we couldn't pick colors. He scheduled for someone to come out in the next few days to pick colors,but they never showed up. I called the manager Rod and he said they forgot! We scheduled again, but the person never showed up again with no phone calls. I called Rod he came out. Which put the install date behind. I also was to have a window put in as the siding was going on and the guy never showed up. 2 weeks Rod kept saying the guy would be there but never would show up. Finally talked to owner and window got installed. horrible customer service.

I will start off by saying that the workers that showed up (an hour late) to complete the job were outstanding. They were professional; they worked clean and took care not to damage anything. However, the company fell very short on their promise. The person who arrived at my home guaranteed a 50% sound reduction, but the gentlemen on the his phone said up to 70% reduction...will I as sad so say I got "ZERO" reduction. It is like I had nothing done. I will not be able to recommend this company to any of my neighbors who were looking to use this company for the same results I was looking for. In fact, I would not recommend this company at all.

Excellent installation work. The doors are built very well and the job was completed as scheduled. The team is courteous, efficient, and thorough. Very pleased with the work and the quality. It is costly but the product is excellent.

There is not enough space to explain my displeasure here. Due to the hour of the evening when they were finished (8;00 PM) I did not see the mess they left in my yard, the neighbor's yard, the sidewalk and gutters of the street in front of my house. I called and I'm still waiting for them to clean it up for me.

Salesman was knowledgeable and professional. Product was really good. BUT .. the installers were 3-1/2 hour late getting here due to a mix-up when they picked up the order. I had to call the office 3 times to see when they were going to arrive. BUT when they did arrive, the work was done in a very professional manner. The gentlemen worked consistently and cleaned up so good that I never knew they were here. I spoke with the scheduler to remind the company that if the workmen were going to be arriving late, that they should call the customer and let them know.

I scheduled a 6pm appt with this contractor. Took an hour of leave to be home in time. Received a call at 5:40pm not saying they were going to be late but that they needed to cancel for another day. A total disrespect of a prospective clients time. Thankfully, I have a couple other contractors that were scheduled after him.

The salesperson, Robert Poppa was very professional and delivered the product as promised. We were pleased with the quality of the product and of the two gentleman who installed the windows. We treated them to lunch and a small tip for their neat installation. Overall, we were very pleased with the windows and their installation, during which we learned that it was not our windows that caused the leak into the unit below ours. The window below ours had a substantial gap in the siding over their window. I have never been so pleased to spend $1650. to install a product that I did not need.

They gave me a very high estimate and then call edback later with a lower one. They then keep callling your for months to almost a year. When you ask then to stop calling they are rude and hang up. This is a very bad company. Don't use them.

I never got to meet p with them I went with Sears and I am sorry I did. I cannot believe the red tape involed with Sears and the personal information they want for someone that is paying bill through checking account. It has been 2 weeks and we are still playing tag. I don't know at this what what is going on.
