I hired this company almost a year ago to replace my installation in the attic and improve the over all house. I can say my house is sealed tight. So tight I now have a condensation problem. They just sprayed the attic, its lose and floating around up there. No longer any storage space. They didn't remove the wood boards, or spray under, just on top. Like they are covering a blemish. The foam installation, they told me they would cover and protect my belonging. WRONG! I have damaged items and a mess. A huge mess all over the walls and floors. I complained and had them come back to clean up and fix the attic. They did a horrible job if anything at all cleaning the spray and their solution for my attic is to stack other kind of installation to keep it from floating into my house. Where I have my pets and my nephew. If you hire them, make sure you watch them like a hawk! Also care with their sales tactics. Over all everyone was pleasant but as in quality and cleanliness it would not rate them highly.

The sale representative, the project manager and the insulation team were very professional, forthcoming with information and ideas, answered questions to my satisfaction and took pride in their work as well as the company they work for. It was refreshing to witness a strong work ethic. I was pleased to learn more about the long history of this company-they were familiar with working on homes built in the 60's. I am looking forward to evaluating my home energy bills over these winter months to compare from the past. They offered to provide a more thorough energy audit if/when I am interested.

In March of 2013, I contracted for a sunroom on my outside deck, promised to be completed in 4 to 6 months. When there was no activity, we called their office three times in July and August; our calls were never returned. After 7 months, I put everything in writing and sent a letter via return receipt for our deposit back. My call again on Oct 30 went unanswered; I got through on a second try. After my displeasure was made clear to the operator, a manger finally got on and promised a return call on Oct 31 - Halloween. Don't be tricked by this company, as they were not a treat.

I found Homeview through HomeAdvisor.com. I live in Bowie MD. I had all of my window and two sliding doors replaced. I was extremly satisfied with there professional and affordable service. The salesman was very knowledgeable. The installers were excellent, very experienced. If we need future home inprovement i will call Homeview. Thanks a GREAT JOB!!

Our salesmen were very thorough, curtious and informative. He worked with us on cost and got us quality windows for a great price. He helped us decide on the best equipment to save us money on heat and air. He had a marvelous attitude and made things that were relatively boring kind of exciting.We need more salesen like him.

The workers stayed late and finished the job in one day. They performed the work beyond my expectations.

I was so excited and pleased with the salesman, that I purchased the windows at the estimate consultation. He brought samples, showed us how the heat stayed in the house and not escaped. He was very thorough and answered our questions. Priced as the others and I felt he had more to offer. The work hasn't been started or completed, but I feel confident that ev4erything will be just as professional as he was. Completely satisfied with everything, so far.

The installer was terrific. His helper was ill, but he was very fast alone. He completed all the work alone and it looks fantastic!!! All of our neighbors have commented about how great our windows look.

They quoted me a good price but that would only be good through that day. They said I had three business days to cancel. They counted Saturday as a business day. I have never heard of Saturday being considered a business day. They took my $2000 deposit.

Homeview was the worst contractor we ever dealt with since we bought our home 15 years ago. They were quick to take our money and did a poor job of insulating our home. They put us through hell in getting them to submit their paperwork in time for us to get energy credit dollars from the local power company. If I did my homework on Homeview I wouldn't have made the horrible mistake of hiring them but you have the benefit of my experience. Please avoid this firm and you will be glad that you did.

The window I got were beautiful; lots of window and less "vinyl". I overslept the first day I had them in because I couldn't hear anything outside that I had always previously heard. My neighbor got in his car and drove off, and I never heard a thing. It was wonderful to open windows that previously been sealed with paint, and I hate to admit, rust. Every single person nvolved with the transaction was professional, open, informative and such a pleasure. I also got much help with financial, and saved a lot of money. I had many quotes before this, and all were much higher priced than these. I absolutely recommend this company. Thank you

This was a professional experience from the beginning to the end...we felt that we received accurate information, and they worked with us in installing the door in an expeditious manner. I would not hesitate for a minute in recommending this company to others.

Was not impressed with the communication from this company. I had to Initiate all phone calls for the first three weeks until the job was installed. One phone call was never returned. They are supposed to be returning to finish some clean up details that were not finished at the time of installation. We will see if it happens. No I would not recommend them to a friend.

Homeview was the worst contractor I have ever worked with. They sub-contracted the hole job and did nothing ,after the contract was signed we had to call them after not hearing from them after two months. I would NOT recommend to anyone.

Homeview provided energy audit and insulation in January. I paid for services. Based on audit I was to receive info to PEPCO for energy audit. I have yet to receive this info therefore am unable to receive almost $2000.00 in rebates. I have contacted them many times and was always told I should receive it soon. I have submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

These guys were great. They negotiated the price to a fair deal. The installers were the most professional and friendly I have met for a long time.

The salesman, Wes, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time to the initial appt and even stopped to evaluate an insulation problem I was having. The installers were on time, friendly, and very efficient. I love my new doors!

I was to receive a pre-audit report which I never received. After doing a walk-through, an installer promised to fix something in my home for free but he never came back to do it. After completing the post-audit a month ago, I still haven't received the PRE-AUDIT nor have I received the post-audit. I have called my sales person on many occassions but he keeps telling me he'll do something about the delay and I never hear back from him. This company was great in the beginning to get my business now the customer service is terrible.

This was actually a negative experience for me. I ended up with two separate gentlemen giving me my estimate. The first gentleman didn't return my calls the second one didn't capture the proper information. When the door arrived, it didn't have a peephole as requested. When the gentleman came to install it he stated that he would have touch up paint for the drill area mailed to me; it was never done. After the installation, I realized one of the surround pieces was incorrect, when I called, they said someone would come to inspect...no one ever came. It's been less than six months and the security door's spring system was already bent by wind

The 2 gentlemen that installed the insulation went out of their way to find a way to blow the insulation into the back of my attic as it is just a small crawl space. They were very inventive and managed to get the job done. They took photos of the work as they went along so I could see that they really did cover all my attic space. Great job guys!!

Customer service before the estimate was wonderful. Since we agreed to have them do the job we would have preferred better communication. Very thorough and good pricing.

Worst company I have ever dealt with.

After several phone calls, all from me and none returned by them, and after several missed appointments, I finally got most of the work done that they were hired to do. I hired another company to do the remaining work.
