Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch Clean and Seal

$800
Quote was easy to understand, and there were no surprises during or after the project. The project took a little longer than expected, but was dependent on the weather, so understandable. Workers were friendly and kept the area clean.

Communication and timeliness issues are because of the challenge of getting some minor touch up work done. I feel good enough about the outcome of my project to use Homework Painters again in the future.

Homework Painters was the first to respond to our request. They were prompt, professional and very reasonable in their estimate. After talking to everyone, my husband chose them and they have done a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone

I was pleased with the overall job and the friendly, courteous workers. Job was delayed approximately one month from promised start date. Communication was good but had to be initiated by me each time. I would use them again, but only if my time frame was wide open and that is not usually the case.

With the exception of a few kinks, one being unavoidable, the work was done well. They will need to come back after the holidays to do some touch-ups. They left some mess for my pregnant wife to clean on the newly scratched wood floors. Other than that, they were friendly, late by only 1 1/2 hours (both days), and good at problem solving. All in all, I might hire them again if some of these details were ironed out.
