Very professional, tons of pictures and received report quickly. Because owner is also a realtor as well, he knows both sides of business and can access home with realtor key to do inspection at any time. The day of my scheduled inspection he was able to go over his findings with me in a matter of 30 minutes and specifically show me the problem areas, rather than me following him around for three hours while he inspected at the same time because he had already done it earlier.

Our recent Homeworks' home inspection was extremely thorough. All aspects of the home, including electrical, roof, foundation, crawl space, windows, plumbing, structural framing, etc., were checked wherever accessible. After the inspection, we were given a walk-around to identify any potential issues as well as note construction quality of the home. This was followed up with a detailed report from Homeworks that included photos of any problem areas, particularly areas we would not access ourselves such as the crawl space and attic. Our inspector Paul and his assistant were courteous and very knowledgeable. We absolutely would hire Homeworks again and will certainly recommend them to others.
