He arrived on time and performed the job as expected.

Window glass was replaced today and quality was good. However, I feel they were trying to bait us for another window glass that they new we were planning of fixing at a later date. I say this because they came with the two contracted replacement windows plus one additional. When I refused the 3rd piece it did not seem to set well with the person in charge.

"I am sorry the customer feels that way. It was not an attempt to bait, it was a manufacturer's duplicate, and we took it at a 50% discount and offered it at that price. The original order was incorrect( our fault) and had hoped to offer the third piece at that discount as a way to make the situation better. I am sorry that this customer feels this way."
