Absolutely the best. After being told by insurance inspector that our roof didn't have any damage, and having multiple roofers say it needs to be replaced and 3 months of going round and round with insurance not doing anything, had them come out to give me a bid to fix what had to be fixed so that no additional damage to interior would happen. Very economical and dis an excellent job. Fixed the hole, the leak, caulk around the chimney and replaced some ridge row. When insurance finally agrees with the multiple roofers saying roof needs replacement they will get the job. Even gave me information on all my roofing options.

The quality of the roof and the installation has been professional levels. With a metal roof, I will never have to worry about it. Add in the fact that the lifetime warranty is transferrable. The next owners will never have to worry about the roof or gutters.

The individual who came to my house to tell me about there roofing options was Stephenson Urick. He explained what would happen to include giving me a rough timeline He completed the contract for my slate blue standing seam roof, and matching gutter system with screens. Ken and Ken came out to measure the roof for the standing seam roof. About a fortnight later Ken and Antonio came out to take more precise measurements. Antonio Aguilar stated that he would be the project manager for my roofing project. The morning that they scheduled to start the project was Wed, 21 Jul the foreman of the roofing crew was Johnny, within 2 hours they had the shingles removed and the membrane down, started measuring and cutting I would like to tell you about my experience with Honest Abe Roofing KC. the panels for the roof. Stephenson Urick came by to see the progress and he climbed up on the roof and took a picture of the progress of the work. Made great progress and the second day, Keith was the foreman of the roofing crew, and he was also the owner of Honest Abe Roofing KC. They had the roof finished by about 4:30 PM. Needed the boots around the sewage vent and another vent. They did an excellent clean up of the yard. Jason showed up on Friday, 23 Jul to install the boots and caulked them. Antonio showed up the next week and showed me examples/samples of the color choices for the cutters and downspouts. I picked the one that was the closest match to the Slate Blue roofing. Gutters were scheduled for Tuesday, 3 Aug. A young gentleman and two individuals in their mid-30sâ were here and were up on the roof and left after about 30 minutes. I texted Antonio about it, he texted back that the gutter guys had stated that the roof was to brittle. Texted back that it was a brand-new standing seam roof. A few hours later Keith called and said he would get it worked out. During the week of 9 Aug, a gentleman came and installed the snow guards, about an hour and a half. The gutters and down spouts were installed on 24 Aug. Johnny from the original roofing crew was here to install them. They had the old gutters and downspouts down within an hour. I went out to see what was going on and stated that I would take the old gutters, downspouts and gutter screens to be recycled. Johnny was terse and stated that I had just cost him some $$$. Told him I would take them to be recycled. He and his crew of two individuals continued with the manufacture and installation of the gutters and down spouts. They were finished at 11:30 AM and departed. I texted Antonio Aguilar to let him know that the gutters and spouts were installed. Antonio let me know they would be here shortly. Antonio Aguilar and Nick arrived about 12:30 PM, Tue, 24 Aug. Antonio was training Nick as a Project Manager. During the final inspection, I told Antonio about my conversation with Johnny, Antonio asked me if he was angry, I explained that he was terse. We continued with the inspection and signed off on the Field Managers 16 POINT INSPECTION. Antonio stated that he and Nick had two places to be, they left about 1:15 PM. I found all of the individuals to be extremely friendly, and extremely professional. Hope to see Steven again. I consider Antonio, Nick and Stephenson as friend and hope they will stop by. Grade: A+ When: Roofing tearoff started 8/3/2021. Roofing completed 8/4/2021. Cleanup was excellent. Honest Abe team left no debris from their tearoff or roof install. Dealing with Big Insurance - hereafter BI - to replace a damaged roof which was not up to current code ( shakes not removed, skip sheeted instead of sheeted per shake shingle outdated process ) proved to be loaded with anxiety inducing interactions with BI, at a time when I was not up to fighting that fight. I hired Honest Abe KC out-of-pocket, and my Sales Engineer, Jacob, took the fight to BI and won a settlement equivalent to the value
