What a breath of fresh air! To find a company that is on time, professional, courteous, and an expert in their field is almost unheard of these days. Josh showed me what was required to fix my dryer, quoted me a fair price, no up sale pressure, cleaned up after himself; it was like a dream come true! THANK YOU Honest Appliances. Second time Ive used them, First time my dryer was not fixable and he was honest and didnt charge me the diagnostic fee. This time the newish dryer wasnt heating, he checked everything and found a diffrent problem that wasnt related to the dryer. So I appreciate him figuring out the problem and not throwing expensive parts at it that it didnt need. Cleaned up the machine and the dryer vent since he was already inside the machine and it runs so much more effienently now. Cant say enough about how great they are. Will definently be using them for anything appliance related.
