The tech identified the problem and was able to repair it. Only complaint is there was some confusion when I scheduled the actual repair through the office. I think there was a communication issue between the tech and the office. It also took several days just to get the part.

They love up to their name

Okay! It's our first summer here in AZ (it's not summer yet!?!ð ¥µ) Our AC went kaput two days ago. I called our home warranty company (what a joke!) and they couldn't get anyone here for almost 2 weeks. Next I called a major company whose ads I've heard REPEATEDLY on the radio. They had a "technician" (later discovered it was a sales person) here in two hours....YAY! The big-company-"technician" spent about 9 minutes looking through our system and presented two options to me; one for $2,679 or a complete new system for $19,975. We were warm in here but we hadn't lost our minds...yetð ±. Next we called a local company who had helped us in the past when our home was being rented. Anthony from Honest Appliance Service and Repair made time for us that day! He spent 2 hours going through our ENTIRE system with a fine-toothed-comb (or whatever a REAL technician usesð ð ). Bottom line, our fix cost $664.00 and we're plenty cool now ...if I do say so, myselfð . Anthony and Honest Appliance Service and Repair live up to their name and beyond!

Friendly, quick to act to my request. Reliable, efficient and fixed my problem. Came within 24hrs of me contacting them; had to order a couple of parts and return within a few days to complete the job. All employees we dealt with were very courteous. I would recommend them to others.

Repair was made, machine worked for a couple days, and then things started going south again. Called the office and they sent a tech out the next day. Repair was made and no additional charges were billed. They stand by their work...and will make it good if there are any problems. They proved that to me. I'm a happy camper now!

Thank God I found Honest Appliance Service and Repair! I had contacted a number of repair places, who never responded to me. Honest was incredibly professional from beginning to end and I can't say enough good things about this company. They are on my forever list!

they contacted me b-4 I finished reading the 3 quotes. Anthony had his man here by 8:30 AM and sent e-mails telling me who and when to expect someone. Jeremy was professional, efficient, quick and cleaned up afterwards. The wife and I highly recommend this business.

Anthony was extremely courteous and provided explanations and suggestions. Ultimately, due to the age of the appliance, I elected not to have the repairs done. Anthony gave helpful advice and later that evening brought me a loaner refrigerator to hold me over till I could purchase a new one. Wonderful customer service!
