Honest Construction & Deconstruction, LLC

Awsome work and great price!

Efrain patched our roof and it looked great. The shingles matched perfectly and the price was competetive

This company lived up to their name. They were hones, thorough, and prompt.

Efrain contacted me immediately. The bid was very competitive. His crew installed the attic fan the following work day. They were friendly and efficient. I will recommend their service to my neighbors and friends.

efrain was professional and polite. what i realyy appreciated was the fact they were able to fix my leak the same day i called. the project from start through cleanup only took four hours. thank you.

I solicited 6 bids for a roof repair project. I selected Honest Construction and Deconstruction. The bid was not the lowest of all the bids, nor was it by a long stretch the highest. Mr. Acosta did a thorough inspection of our roof without being asked. He informed me of all of the problems he saw on our roof, and told me exactly what he would do to remedy the problems. Other contractors only addressed the problems that I knew about. The bid was entirely reasonable given the scope of the work. While doing the job, Mr. Acosta discovered a dry rot problem, which he repaired under the original bid for the work. I heartily recommend him.

Efrain was very professional. He did not mind the extras we added on to the original work. The quality of the work is as good as it gets. We are going to call Efrain and his guys back for more work.

Efrain, the owner of Honest Construction & Deconstruction LLC was very professional. He evaluated the problems with our roof and was out there the next day with all of the materials needed. He was fast and fair. I highly, highly recommend him.

I was really impressed with their service had a crew out the next day and finished the same day

Came to the house once for offer and second time for repair. Offered to add moss treatment.

I got an immediate call back from the owner, who arranged to come over the very next day. He not only stopped the leak I knew about, but stopped what he believed was a leak next to the chimney, too -- for free, because I hired him to come back and replace the entire roof. He was very nice and very professional.

Honest Construction was able to make the repair immediately. We really appreciated the quick service before the rain came. The price was reasonable and the job site was cleaned up before I got home. It was a pleasure working with Efrain and I would recommend him to anyone.

In addition to the earlier reply I sent you, Mr Acosta returned to remove and replace a large section of the roof. He reset the supports for the solar panel; which took him more time than he had expected; but he only increased the charge based on extra materials needed. Beaver Roofing came to inspect the site; but when I attempted to contact Darrell I was given a message that he was out of town. I needed to get the roof done so the other work could proceed. He did not provide an estimate.

Fast and Good

Great experience. I would Highly recommend Mr. Acosta's work.

I was very happy with thier quick responds and how fast they got the job done and cleaned up. Their price was very good. I will use them for future work

Efrain is friendly but professional. He showed up when he said he would, quickly located the cause of the roof leak and explained in clear terms what it was, why it happened, and how he would fix it. He gave me an assessment of the overall condition of the roof. His price was very reasonable, and he did the job quickly. It hasn't rained hard since he made the fix but I have complete confidence in his work, and I recommend him to others.

He went the extra mile and did more than what was required. Our site presented some challenges, and he worked around them. I'm happy with his repair, and will call him again for similar projects in the future.

Outstanding and extremely fast response to job bid. I would highly recommend.
