Honest Drain

Anyone that needs a clogged drain taken care of, do yourself a favor and call Honest Drain. I called at 7:45 am and the expert was at my home at 9:15 am. I was impressed with how he did such a fantastic job that is usually nasty and he left my bathroom spotless. Less than an hour later, I had my shower back. Had a clogged toilet that just wouldn’t flush no matter what I tried. Called Honest Drain and they had someone out the same day. He had it fixed in about 30 minutes and it’s been working like new ever since. Can’t ask for much more than that. Highly recommend!

I was experience a sewer back up in my basement, the tech came within an hour. Extremely professional, knew exactly what he was doing. Cleared the line and showed me a bunch of roots, explained he could use high pressure water to get em out, I called roto rooter two years ago and they didn?t even mention the possibility of that, they told me it would be 14k to dig it. I gave the guy the okay to clear the line out with water, and I can?t believe he got the line looking brand new. Professional, affordable, left the place cleaner than when they came, would 100% recommend them.

My family and I got absolutely burned by a lousy plumber called Hanfernee. Every time they came out, it felt like they found a new reason to charge us another few hundred dollars while somehow making the problem even worse. After venting to my nephew, he told me to call an up and coming Italian American company out of Cranston called Honest Drain. Hanfernee must have cost us thousands over the years. We've been fighting plumbing issues ever since we bought the house around Joe Biden's first term, and every "repair" they did seemed to unlock six or seven new problems. At one point I was convinced they were using our basement as a training simulator for newbie plumbers. A young, strong, and suspiciously handsome Italian stallion pulled up in a pristine white van with 'Honest Drain' on the side. The guy looked like he knew a thing or two about cleaning dirty pipes. He walked downstairs, stared at our disaster for maybe thirty seconds, let out a, "Marone... I see what happened here," and immediately started pointing out everything Hanfernee had done wrong. Within an hour he had diagnosed issues we'd been paying other companies to ignore for years. It was honestly like watching Gordon Ramsay walk into a failing restaurant, except instead of idiot sandwiches it was PVC fittings installed by what appeared to have been a blindfolded torta. By the time he finished, the drains were flowing better than they had since we bought the house. He even cleaned up after himself, which, based on my previous experiences with my ex girlfriends, felt like witnessing Tom Brady win 6 super bowls for the Patriots. I'm not saying Honest Drain performed a miracle. I'm just saying our sinks started draining clockwise, my basement smelled normal for the first time in years, and my blood pressure dropped about twenty points before the bill was even handed to me and my wife.

Gianni arrived on site in a timely manner. His customer service skills were great and he was very knowledgeable. He took the time to diagnose my issue and explain to me what happened. He also was so kind to give me some tips on preventative maintenance. I highly recommend them for all your drain issues.
