Great communication and dedication to give an accurate inspection along with follow ups to insure if we had any questions.

Chase did an amazing job inspecting our new home purchase. He was able to find not just cosmetic damages but also real problems that could have cost us thousands if left unchecked. He had no problem inspecting the top of our 2 story house all the way down to the foundation. He is priced better then most others we looked into and he went above and beyond when it came to keeping in contact if we had any other questions. He was still breaking down his inspection ,right after the hours it took to do it, late into the night and never seem annoyed when I had a question. Would recommend him every time

I have to say that Chase went above and beyond. He answered a lot of questions that I had. I would hire Chase again. He’s outstanding at his job. I have faith in him to find out any thing that should be fixed and with his knowledge an expertise I believe I will get things done properly with DR Horton that built this house. If you have a house built by them, I would highly recommend getting an inspection.

We had two inspections on our new build. Chase was the second and caught multiple things that the first one didn’t that were a big deal. I highly suggest him!

I hired Chase for a total home inspection which included a septic inspection and he preformed both of those with flying colors. He was very thorough with everything and took many pictures of even minor details he felt could/should be fixed. He kept in great contact with me from beginning to end and even called me after it was done, even though it was already late in the day, to go over the important things he found since time was a factor for us getting the house or not. He later followed up with me to make sure I didn't have anymore questions and if I thought of anything to contact him right away. I appreciate that considering most people will do the bare minimum and have little contact with you during the process. Especially after you've paid and the job was done. He went above and beyond for me and my family and I'm happy to say we are about to close on the house he inspected. If we need another one or know of anyone who does, he will be the only person we contact!
