Mike was awesome!!!! I had a previous plumbing company (MSP) come out to look at my kitchen sink, and they did absolutely nothing and charged me $350. I called Mike the next day and he cleared my kitchen sink and charged me not even that amount. He was awesome and like his company, he was completely honest about what he was doing! Great customer service and really listened to me. Thanks!

Mike came even though it was 8:00 at night. He diagnosed the problem quickly and it is completely fixed now He was friendly and fast. His price was very fair. Would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him!!

Mike was awesome. After dealing with the back up for the weekend him and his wife kept us informed of his expected time to be at our place. He came with full knowledge and determined exactly what was needed to solve our issue. The quote over the phone he gave me was more than what he charged us due to the problem was not as involved as we thought it may be. Mike even followed up 2 days later to make sure it was all working fine. I HIGHLY recommend him and will be calling him again in the future if we need to!

Excellent service w/a smile from beginning to end. Clogged garbage disposal with something that should not go into disposals. Not only was my disposal thoroughly cleaned, but I was also educated what not to put into disposals that cause problems; like lots of egg shells. Price was right and the disposal runs like a champ ! Explained what he was doing & explained how to maintain the drain

I called Mike on a Monday evening after I had been troubleshooting my clogged kitchen drain for 2 nights. He was very professional over the phone, quoted me a price for the repair and agreed to come over the next day at my convenience. When he arrived on Tuesday, he was extremely professional and courteous. He had the clogged drain resolved within an hour and helped me repair piping that I had damaged the night prior when I was trying to clear the clog.

I spoke to his wife first and she was very nice and extremely pleasant. I spoke to Mike later and he was equally nice and pleasant on the phone. I did not Meet Mike nor did I see the work as it was at my rental property, but he was able to clear the clog quickly and was extremely informative and gave me and the renters tips on preventing clogs in the future. Very reasonably priced. I will definitely use Honest Mike's again if I need a plumber.

Mike and his wife were both very friendly and communicative. He offered to fix my sink on a Saturday at no additional cost, and even when the time ran over the first hour by a few minutes, he also did not charge anything additional. Great company, I would use them again!!

Mike was terrific. He cleaned my main sewer line and then showed me on camera what he had done. He was quick, friendly, professional and the service fee was very reasonable. I'd hire him again without question and recommend him highly.
