I was amazed at how quickly Mike responded to my inquiry. He called me the same day. He was able to get me on his schedule within a few hours of my request (same day). He was upfront about the cost of the project and what he would be doing. He showed me where and what the problems were that he incurred along the way. Nothing was done without my approval. He worked diligently and completed all work to my satisfaction. I am thrilled to no longer have a flooded utility room and to have water pressure restored to my kitchen sink His prices were very fair and competitive. I was actually pleasantly surprised. Mike is very thorough and efficient. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a competent, hard-working plumber. I will definitely use him again if and when I need any plumbing work done.
