They provided the next to lowest estimate of the 5 we got, and the thoroughness of Justin Henry's inspection made up the difference. The crew arrived early each morning and cleaned up the yard every evening. They did complete shingles for house and garage, roof repairs where needed, installed siding for a hard to reach leaking section of wall that still had old cement shingles, and installed a complete new gutter system. We're 100% pleased with their work.

They were very helpful, communicating with our insurance company (we had some hail damage) and patiently explaining to us everything about the insurance claim process and about the repair process. They went above and beyond re-shingling our entire roof; they reinforced some damaged rafters and added several vents. Of roof is much stronger and better-looking than it was! The crew was efficient and courteous. They even protected the many flowers and fruit trees, planted all around our house.

Very professional and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My roof and gutters were replaced last Fall ('20) on my single story home and attached garage. The job was completed in the timeframe given, the workers were efficient and the workmanship high-quality. I appreciated the attention to details like the flu pipes and chimney, which were also replaced, and all of the little things they proactively took into consideration. I have two skylights, which they also gave particular attention to, given their general tendency to leak. The new roof has now been through a cold winter, a significant snowfall, and a few heavier rains. I had a couple of VERY minor issues and Justin, the owner, responded IMMEDIATELY to my calls, even months after the installation was complete. Anything I've contacted him about has been attended to and resolved promptly. He and his staff have proven to be reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly VERY responsive, long after the bill had been paid. I was almost happy to have had an issue or two, since it gave me a chance to see how they (and I) would be handled and treated. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Honest Roofing and have every confidence in Justin and his crew. I would recommend them without reservation.
