Honestvictor was reasonable and efficient had them put a mesh around my shed to prevent rodents. he was very clear in what he was going to do and always clarifying through text. what I really appreciated was his communication. he showed up when he said and if he was going to be delayed, he would text or call. I will definitely use him again.

He keeps you informed of his arrival times, and he responds to e-mails and phone calls.

I have really wanted this review to be 4 or 5 stars. Victor gave me a reasonable quote and said that all the work will be done in one day. Next day (Wednesday), he returned with another assistant and went to The Store for a few hours to get the materials. By the time, he returned it was noon, so he asked for starting the work on Thursday. Most of the work was done on Thursday except a few hours of work, which he came again on Friday. So far so good. I had not agreed with him regarding cleanup of old stuff so when he left the removed fence lumber, mortar and yard waste for me to manage, I did not have a ground to complain. I was still OK to give him a 5-star review since I felt that he did reasonable work. Here is what upset me: I had asked him to mend a small fence (made of cinder blocks and tiles), his original estimate (based on a photo) was only for the top layer bricks, and he quoted $75. After looking at the displaced cinder blocks in person, he revised to $250. My understanding was that he will also use mortar or cement between and under the cinder blocks. I also pointed it to him, while he was working. However, he argued that his method was the real way to fix it properly. After a day, I noticed that cinder blocks, though heavy, can be moved out of place because there is no mortar under them. I called him, and he said that for this money he could not do the job with mortar between cinder blocks. He conveniently forgot that I had pointed it out to him while he was still working and it could have been easily fixed. I am OK to offer him some more money and getting it fixed. He agreed to visit my house again in 3 days but now he says that he cannot come for one full week due to other work and also threatens that he will stop taking my calls (although, he had called me to say that he cannot come). In one of these calls, he also offered to return me $250 so that I can get this job done by someone else at an expensive quote. I still prefer to get it done by him if we can negotiate on some more money and the proper fix. However, today he has gone back on this money back offer with a threat of not taking my calls. I was hoping to hire him again, but I do not like if someone goes back on his word.

Experienced & Clean

Victor came on a Sunday and completed the job in an efficient manner , left the area clean and my front porch hand rails look lovely. My guests and myself are much safer now!
