I arrived home late Sunday afternoon to find my air conditioner refusing to start. After a quick text to Nic, he followed up immediately with a call and was on my doorstep within the hour. It took about 30 minutes to diagnose the issue. He didn't have the right part in his truck, and even though it was after 8:30 p.m. at that point, he went offered to retrieve the part and return to install it that same night, which required a 1 hour round trip. He got the part, came back, and had my air conditioner up and running by 10:30 p.m. It was amazing service, and even though it was Sunday AND after hours, his billing was beyond fair. This is my second emergency service call with Nic, and once again, he delivered professional service above and beyond what I would have expected giving the timing and circumstances.

Called and spoke to the owner Nic. I reported that my 15 year old air conditioners were not working. He cam out the same day, gave me a recommendation to replace both units. The price was good and the very next morning, he shows up with 2 new condensers and had me up and running by noon. Saved us during the heat wave :) Excellent service with Honey Badger.
