They did not complete the job as specified in the contract. I made the mistake of paying in cash. I feel sorry for the hard working employees caught between the customers and the abysmal customer service.

Hired them in April 2019 to level and reseal patio Pavers with polymeric sand. Job looked okay at first, but shortly several voids starting showing in the sand and some Pavers started to settle, which is not unusual or unexpected. Sent them pictures at their request and they said they would return and repair the problem areas. I marked the voids and uneven areas with tape to make it easy for them to locate the voids. I also asked that they call to schedule the repair so that I could be there. After over 2 months of inquiries and waiting, someone showed up when we were not home and did the repairs. Some additional voids have since appeared. If they had come when I was home as requested, I would have simply asked for them to leave a little poly sand so I could fix an additional settling without having to bother them.

I am extremely disappointing that my service was cancelled not by my request, but because I contacted them with concerns related to my service. I also wanted a status of a quote I had requested almost 2 weeks before. Was told the crew "forgot" and I would have to wait another two weeks. The representative stated that since I had received other offers from other companies to do my work that I should contact them instead, and swiftly emailed me a statement for the one mow I received 2 weeks prior. This is not a very professional company and I am appalled at how poorly I was treated by this company.

Horrible company, terrible customer service. Was never able to talk to owner even after calling 4 different times to complain about damage to property. Was told by rude customer service woman (the only one who ever answers the phone) that it says in their contract they are not responsible for damage. Offered no resolution only a bunch of excuses until I finally told them I no longer was going to deal with them. I paid what I owed, seeded the areas of damage myself. Unfortunately, can't put the bark back on the trees. Buyer beware!

They're fast, efficient, and did a good job.

Brandon called me with in minutes and arrived to give me a qoute is less than 20 minutes. He waited for all three qoutes to be given and when I called he to hire him he arrived that afternoon to do the work.
