Very knowledgeable and professional

Lewis did several projects for me from removing and installing cabinets in the lanai, removing and installing a vanity and toilets, removing and installing external doors, and demolition of the shower and installing tiles and plumbing fixtures. I previously gave him 5 stars but I am changing my rating to 3 stars. The reasons I am changing my rating are: 1) he scheduled other jobs, vacation, church functions, and going to the movies while doing these projects, 2) he does not clean up when he is done for the day. When he demoed the shower, he did not clean up all that white dust because he was afraid to inhale the dust. He said he was done making all that dust but he came back to make more after we cleaned up. 3) He says he does not take shortcuts but if you see his work, you can tell him he did take shortcuts. When you bring it to his attention, he will say it is because the pattern of the tile we picked was wavy. He did not caulk or grout areas in the shower. When we asked him to come back, he did but he charged us for redoing it. He says he is the best but in reality, he is all talk. He requested me to rate him when the projects were finally completed. I gave him 5 stars because I was just ecstatic that our frustration is finally over and we will not have to deal with him. Everything looks good until you examine his workmanship. No, we will not be hiring him again.

He gave me a quote for my job which we agreed upon. He showed up on time to do the job. Very professional very nice man. I would hire him again without hesitation. Thank you Steve.

Lewis was right on time and got the job done in a timely manner. He comes fully prepared for just about anything. Would use him again for any future home repairs.

The next time I would work with him to get a more detailed estimate of time and price. We both underestimated how much time the various projects would take so the price was higher than expected.
