Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Vince is friendly and responded to my requests-initially-promptly. However, when I needed him to return to complete work he was not responsive. It has been 8 months, and he has not returned to complete the job. As with many contractors, it seems that once they get paid in full for a job, they are less likely to return for "touch-ups", or other work that remains incomplete.

Well Pump Repair or Service
I turned to Home Advisory after having no luck finding someone in the phonebook or through word of mouth who could or would repair our well pump. This process was so easy and Vince was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, fair and such a people person. Very easy to work with. He came out immediatly to diagnose the problem and had the job completed with in a few days of the first call. He did a great job from diagnosis to clean up, we are very satisfied. I would recommend him to friends and hire him myself again for any home repair or improvment issue.

When first spoke to contractor, was told what exactly he would do for the $220 he charged me, but did not do what I was told he would do.

"Customer had pool opening I told her I would Open add chemicals and set up pump and filter Usually takes about 2 -3 hours if done right . I went there a second time after she told me her pump was not working when I went there I found a new pump and I installed it for her At no additional charge as well as what was offered ,For most pool companies that would be an Additional charge if $160-200 in our area I again charged Her nothing and was there twice as long ."

My project was a rehab job in the shower, which was quoted and done professionally by Vince. He did what was promissed. Kept working place very clean. Vince has great personality and lot's of knowledge in different areas of FIY. We glad to have him work on our project. We are in negotiations for another upgrade in the house by Vince. All in all, this company is reliable and we would hire them again.

It's difficult to find any "go-to" service company willing to do small repairs/jobs around the home. My gutter cleaning service of many years went out of business. I went on line and happened on "Honey...Done;" and I must say I have been extremely pleased with the process and the outcome of my first experience. I will now move on to the next job on my list, and, yes, I will call "Honey...Done."
