Addressed an unexpected home issue proactively - implementing an immediate solution and charging very fairly for that change in project scope. I would like to say these guys are great!! I was in a pickle bc another company was not reliable. I sent him a message saying it was an emergency and he replied the same day and got to the job ASAP!
