I started Honeydo Expectations because I realized the need for an honest, thorough, professional contractor that finishes the job to you satisfaction. I guarantee every project I do for one year. Eighty percent of my projects come to me because an existing customer had the confidence of knowing I stand behind our guarantee and I would treat their family of friends as if they were our family. I use the best materials your budget allows, and look forward to talking to you about your project! Did not follow through with contract. Argued about rate that he quoted us. "It's just a shed" was his comment when we confronted him about the walls not being square, using the wrong framing (not 2x4 as outlined in contract), gap in flooring, dents in walls on the outside, framing not flush, so on and so on. Did finally come back and fix some things - would not use again.

Made a appointment with Curt, came out the next day. looked at deck wanted a better finish than the one I put on two years ago. Talked about differance stains to put on. Curt said this stain would look good on my deck,he was right on.Curt did a wonderful job.

Kurt was the only one that stuck with me of the three businesses that I requested bids from. He is very knowledgeable and understood my budget concerns. He kept in touch with me about any changes that needed addressing so we could keep moving along with the project. His bid was within my budget and he started the job a stayed with it, even though there were some issues with The Deck Store. I highly recommend Honeydo Expectations and Kurt Kaiser.

Honey Do Expectations repaired a ceramic wall in our shower and treated mold behind the wall. Kurt was friendly, expedient and very helpful. Mind you this was a condo we own and we are located in Chicago so we felt helpless. I have heard no complaints from the renter so I assume he is pleased. Kurt was definitely there when I needed him and work on a weekend to get the job done.
