I bought a home from Honor acontracting that has foundation issues and now the floors are poping and coming up.

On time! They kept me informed every step of the way

I hired Honor Contracting, LLC after contacting 4 others to compare. They were not the least expensive but my daughter and I agreed they were very knowledgeable and we went with a gut feeling that they were honest. Both proved to be the case! I have never in all my 70 years had a company so willing to accommodate my wishes on the large and small details. I know they went above and beyond when it came to getting the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible, and their work and the work of their subcontractors are top-notch! They communicated with me as to scheduling and what to expect, and all did their best to keep my belongings clean. We could not move out while the work was being done, and they were as willing to put up with us overseeing as we were with the noise and inevitable mess and paint smell! It is a family-owned and runs a business and they all work together so well. We gutted two bedrooms and turned them into one, put in new countertops and tile in the kitchen and laundry room, put new flooring in 3 rooms, and painted about half of the home. They also built an amazing mantle of reclaimed wood and retiled around our fireplace. They assembled a barn door, stained, and hung it. Also, all the electrical and structural changes that required permitting were permitted and inspected. I am ecstatic about the results and overall experience. Next week they are coming back to install a new water heater. I did make change orders that were accommodated, and the price remained fair! I would HIGHLY recommend this company! We were brand new to Peoria AZ and needed to find a contractor for a pretty big remodel job on our new home. We reached out through social media looking for recommendations. Out of about 20 recommendations, I think 9 of them were for Honor Contracting, so we obviously wanted to get a quote from this company! We had already had a quote from a contractor that our real estate agent recommended but wanted to do our due diligence by getting a few different quotes â and we are very thankful we did that. We are so thankful that we ended up going with Honor Contracting. From the minute we met Justin and Mark, their friendliness and professionalism was very apparent. They had the quote returned to us within 2 days, which is about 3 weeks sooner than the other quotes we received. Their pricing was also better than the other quotes we received. Because of all the recommendations from social media, price and overall feel we got from them during our initial walk through, we decided to go with Honor Contracting â and they did not disappoint! We had a pretty large job that needed to be done â all new paint in and out, all new flooring throughout, redesign of the kitchen layout, etc. And of course, as all these types of jobs go, we kept adding as we went. Honor had no problem and accommodated any change/add that we wanted to make and again at a very reasonable price. And although it was a big job, we had a pretty tight timeline we were hoping to hit. We were renting a short term rental and wanted to be in our house by early July because we had out of state friends planning to visit. This only gave the Honor team about 6 weeks to be completely done so we could move in. They were completely done by July 2nd! About 5 days early of the 6 week time frame. Again, we were thankful and thrilled we chose them for this job. And the finished product? It shows in their workmanship that these guys really LOVE what they do and are very proud of their work. The outcome of our home far exceeded our expectations. For one example, I wanted the kitchen island spun around to face the family room verses the back window. We wanted to keep all the plumbing in place to reduce costs, so I assumed that my sink would need to be on one side of the island verses in the middle. When we came by the house to check on progress, I was over joyed to see that they were able to center my sink! I didnâ t even think that was possible! Part of our kitchen redesign was we added a wine fridge and kegerator where there was once a built-in desk area. When we came for our final walk through, these guys had brought us a keg, bottle of wine and even the right glasses to drink both with! Talk about AMAZING! We will use Honor Contracting again and again for any future contracting needs!

The finished work on my tile backsplash is beautiful, I m so happy with it. Also, had grout repair done on my tile floor that I am also very happy with.
