Phillip Hooper actually did all sorts of stuff for me at a prior rental house I was getting ready to sell (and have now sold for TOP DOLLAR thanks in no small part to Phillip)! - Removed old damaged counter top and kitchen sink. Installed new laminate counter top and sink. Cut in a row of new kitchen back-splash tile to match the older existing tile because new counter top height was lower. - Finished dry walling a closet for me and installed shelving unit. - Removed rotted crawl space door and built me a new one and it was awesome! - removed and replaced many exterior rotted siding and soffit areas. - Refinished the shower, looked so nice! - Installed light kit on fan, new door stops, knobs, and hinges on doors. - Installed interior trim - Replaced glass in french doors. - Install new mailbox and post. - installed new interior door and frame - replaced bathroom faucets, etc.
