if I could give 0 stars I would do not use this man unless you want to pay twice for what you pay him for, I paid him to put a roof on he did get it on and I paid him what was owed to him. fast forward months later I get drug to court over the materials that was delivered to my house that he was supposed to pay the company for and didnt so now they want their money and put a lien on my house until they get it. the contract between myself and hooper was that what I paid him was supposed to cover the labor and cost of the material, now I have to pay for the materials bc he skipped out on the bill

Stay away from this contractor, horrible workmanship and did not complete the job. The work was not what we had discussed. He did not excavate the area right, I have water flowing towards my house when it rains, they did not put in supports for concrete work and watered down the mixture for concrete by 2-3 times the recommended amount and used pea gravel instead of concrete for carport.
