Out repairman was quick and professional, and gave me an option to continue with the repair, or to stop and just buy a new dryer.

The service tech was very prompt and professional. Hoosier Appliance is also military friendly, we saved several hundred dollars on parts and service that would have not been posible with other repair service providers in our area.

The repairs are not quite completed. We have an older furnace and the part for it had to be ordered. When the part came in, we had to delay the final appt. due to a death in our family. I have no doubt that the work will be completed to our satisfaction. The technician (Clarence) was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The quote for repairs was reasonable. We would recommend this business to others.

Overall I had a great experience and my refridgerator is working great. My only complaint is that both times he came were greater than 2 hours later than the window of time he said he would show up so I wasted 2 entire days waiting for him to come. Overall though I would recommend them since they were very professional and quick. Also their service was the best price that I could find.

Came out right away, diagnosed the problem, I was told they had the part ordered and it would be in, in a couple of days. $100 deposit for $250 est. After a couple of days go by I call and am told they can't find the part, none of their sources have the part. I found the part online no problem, $125 inc. shipping. Had it shipped over night. They came out again right away to install. Then they found another faulty part, and charged me an additional $90 to install a $40 part, it took 3 minutes and he had that part in the van. So now I have paid $150 to have $140 parts installed. He was here maybe 30 minutes all together.

Clarance Duncan, the owner, came out himself and was very courteous and honest. He quickly identified the problem with our refrigerator and fixed it at a resonable price. We will call him again for future appliance repair needs, and will recommend him to others.

Arrived when agreed, successfully performed the repair, and requested he return for additional work.

The representative from Hoosier Appliance contacted me within 15 minutes of requesting and had their serviceman out to my house the same day. They were on time, worked quickly, and made the repairs on the first trip. I would highly recommend them.

I was not home. My daughter said he came on time, spent a few minutes and said it had to do with the drain. He recommended a company to do that. Hoosier cost was $45. The drain company he recommended charges $125. for 3-4 minutes work adjusting the flow. I feel the latter was excessive. Wonder if a kickback is involved, but can't really blame Hoosier.

They set appointment right away, just had to wait on part but I don't blame them for that. Very happy with the service.

The tech called to let us know he was running last, but kept the appointment and arrived after 6:00PM instead of rescheduling. Clean, courteous, and answered all questions while completing the job.
