We were struggling with our neighborhood pool since the opening at the end of May. On Monday of this week we contacted Hoosier Pool Guy. Within a week they had the issue remedied and installed a new heat pump. Working with them was so easy with great communication throughout the process. Jaime and the team were very knowledgeable and the installers did a fantastic job going over the process and even assisting me by looking at another issue we had come up. I highly recommend them and truly appreciate their help. Thank You for everything!!

After using another pool service company for several years, we were looking for another company that was more responsive to our requests. Hoosier Pool Guy not only was responsive to opening our pool for the summer, but they also were here within one week of my first contacting them. I especially like the online list of service prices meaning there are no surprises in billing. The crew was professional, polite, fast, and left no trash behind. Two thumbs up for all-around excellent service!

This was our second summer maintaining our pool after moving into our house in Noblesville in March 2021. After fighting to balance our chemicals for 3 weeks and having issues like high cyanuric acid, algae, and high alkalinity while the pool turn from clear, to green, to teal and cloudy we NEEDED HELP!! I submitted my contact information into Hoosier Pool Guys easy to use form on their website, got a response very quickly and scheduled an initial appointment. The team was able to diagnose the issue, and begin treatment and they were able to get the pool cleared and balanced in 8 days! If only we would have called them sooner! Every individual from owner to maintenance individual to trainee was professional and willing to share their expertise and answer any questions we had. I will certainly continue to use Hoosier Pool Guy for more services and products in the future.

I contacted them for advice on a robotic cleaner for my pool. they came and assessed my pool and talked to me about my expectations then provided information on several different options of robotic cleaners. Using their advice I felt I was able to make a clear and informed decision about What unit would be best for me and my needs. After making that decision ,even though things are hard to get sometimes right now for pools ,they were able to find the unit that I wanted at a very good price. I feel they are Very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
