Hoosier Pool Guy

Closed my pool this year. They were nice and vacuumed and it looked really good. Everyone was nice and they cleaned up after themselves and even had a treat for my dog.

I hired them to replace my pool heater. They were the only company that told me that I needed a bypass put in at the same time so my warranty would be good for my heater and thats why I chose them because they were honest and explained everything. They offered several options of heaters and when I asked a lot o questions they didn’t get frustrated and they got me in quickly to put it in. Excellent service, very thorough. Will call them again.

We had a lot of trouble with balancing our own pool chemicals and it lead to a lot of scaling on our pool walls and around the water line. We originally called them to close our pool and while they were there showed me why it was happening and quickly removed all of the scale and gave me a plan for next season on prevention. Very happy with communication and response time as well from the office. Will use them again.

They did a great job! Had a super scaled-up hot tub. I had called a bunch of places, but Hoosier Pool Guy was the only one that seemed to really focus on Hot Tubs, since all the other places would only come out if you had a pool and didn't really specialize in them. I needed someone to come out and care for my Hot tub, and they did exactly that. I am happy with their work, as they were able to remove heavy scale buildup, and my Hot tub feels new again!

Had such a great experience with this company and will be using next pool season. After not being happy with a previous company I called Hoosier Pool Guy and they were able to come out quickly and repair what I needed and fix my pool. Communication with Owners and Team was great. Called them back out to do my pool closing and will be using them every time in the future.

This company was fantastic to work with. They got the pool empty and cleaned and have continued to help us with balancing the pool. Would totally recommend them !!

i paid them 6000 down pmt in earley august 2024 for a pool liner and cover i was told it would be in the latter part of september never happend had to go to my credit card company last week in october for a refund i feel they folated on my money for 3 months i would be very weary of this company

COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE. Took $4000 deposit, and did not complete the job. They still owe me the $4000. DO NOT HIRE!!!!

Need to improve availability

We were struggling with our neighborhood pool since the opening at the end of May. On Monday of this week we contacted Hoosier Pool Guy. Within a week they had the issue remedied and installed a new heat pump. Working with them was so easy with great communication throughout the process. Jaime and the team were very knowledgeable and the installers did a fantastic job going over the process and even assisting me by looking at another issue we had come up. I highly recommend them and truly appreciate their help. Thank You for everything!!

After using another pool service company for several years, we were looking for another company that was more responsive to our requests. Hoosier Pool Guy not only was responsive to opening our pool for the summer, but they also were here within one week of my first contacting them. I especially like the online list of service prices meaning there are no surprises in billing. The crew was professional, polite, fast, and left no trash behind. Two thumbs up for all-around excellent service!

Great people to work with very friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend working with them.

Very professional! I found Hoosier Pool guy to be very accommodating. They installed my pool heater quickly!

This was our second summer maintaining our pool after moving into our house in Noblesville in March 2021. After fighting to balance our chemicals for 3 weeks and having issues like high cyanuric acid, algae, and high alkalinity while the pool turn from clear, to green, to teal and cloudy we NEEDED HELP!! I submitted my contact information into Hoosier Pool Guys easy to use form on their website, got a response very quickly and scheduled an initial appointment. The team was able to diagnose the issue, and begin treatment and they were able to get the pool cleared and balanced in 8 days! If only we would have called them sooner! Every individual from owner to maintenance individual to trainee was professional and willing to share their expertise and answer any questions we had. I will certainly continue to use Hoosier Pool Guy for more services and products in the future.

Excellent to work with.

Came out to look at pool steps for repair, showed up on the day they said they would were friendly and knowledgeable.

I contacted them for advice on a robotic cleaner for my pool. they came and assessed my pool and talked to me about my expectations then provided information on several different options of robotic cleaners. Using their advice I felt I was able to make a clear and informed decision about What unit would be best for me and my needs. After making that decision ,even though things are hard to get sometimes right now for pools ,they were able to find the unit that I wanted at a very good price. I feel they are Very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Very professional and educational. They helped me after my husband died to make sure my hotbtub was always clean and chemicals balanced to make sure I could get in anytime I felt like it. They let me know when it's time to change my filters, and I never feel they're trying to sell me products or services I don't need. Highly recommend.

They are different from other companies, they only charge you for the chemicals that they use, they have a quick response time. They have done an excellent work since I started to work with them.
