Nowell was very nice and did a great job. He called because he would be late for our estimate and then can 2 days early to do the job. Of course, he called first to check if it was ok. Our house looks great! No more mold on the north side!!

Hired this company to strip and seal my deck. They agreed. They began work and spent several days stripping. Then they stopped showing up and stopped answering calls and texts. Finally I had to call Homeadvisor to be told they didn't want to finish the job. I did not pay them anything but they delayed my deck project 3 weeks. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. All they had to do was say no longer interested in completing in a text.

On time. Called 30 minutes before appointment to confirm. I was in a hurry to get the work done. He did it on holiday at no extra charge.
