Hoover air was very knowledgeable and professional when I asked about a new hot water heater and what type would be best for me. Tyler came out and was very efficient at replacing my hot water heater and discussed with me ways to maintain it so that it would last for years to come. I also had a couple rooms in our house that was not getting enough airflow. Hoover air was able to fix this and now those two rooms are very comfortable. The pro came right out when called, quickly assessed the issues with the AC unit, had the actual part already in his vehicle and fixed it right away. The fee was very reasonable and we were back in service in no time! We were stressing because this was on the weekend, the weather was really hot and we were hosting family! I called Tyler on a Saturday morning because my furnace wouldn’t shut off, it had my house heated to 83 degrees. He came right out to diagnose the problem and went over and above to get the part and have my system running properly by that afternoon.

Tyler and crew did a great job in a fast and efficient manner leaving me without comfort for only about four hours.
