"Hi Joan- we are sorry we were not able to get this job done for you. Our cleaning practices are that we have the customers remove everything from their lanai prior to our techs arriving due to liability purposes, this is something we tell every customer when they book. We did communicate on Monday saying we would gladly come back once everything was moved off."
