We offer a wide range of plumbing services including broken pipe repair, cleaning of clogged main lines, fixture plumbing repair, gas plumbing and water system installation. New customer, had a fall furnace tune up. Was told by the technician that the heat exchangers were rusting and Immediately set up an appointment with their salesman for new furnaces. Upon further research the technician never did a pressure test on the exchangers as recommended by Lennox. Surface rusting does not indicate failure according to Lennox. The salesman came, spoke in generalities about what they would provide, never performed any load calculations I asked about - just sized replacement based on what we have and sent a quote in 15 minutes. Their rush to high pressure sell (and not service) furnaces is obvious. The quote does not capture anything we discussed (filter box size, cabinet, removals, warranty), doesn't say what kind of furnaces he specified...completely generic - simply furnace #1, furnace #2 and managers "discount"....and a place to sign it! It did not include the additional work we asked him to quote. I can only assume we would get whatever furnace they can find

They were very accommodating when scheduling an appt but after that it went south quickly. I called the for sewage backing up in my tub. Hope plumbing came out and didn't even try to unclog it. Instead they immediately tried cut get me to have them dig up and redo my main sewer line. I told them I wanted a 2nd opinion because it was crazy expensive. I got a 2nd opinion thru rotorooter and it only needed snaked. It was a bad clog. Rotorooter charged me under $500 with warranty, while Hope plumbing would of charged $50,000. Going forward, I will never use Hope plumbing for anything. I will use rotorooter, knees electric, and summit comfort solutions. Those are honest companies. Hope plumbing is now run and owned by investors. They sold out about a year ago to these investors from Arizona, so all the commercials on the tv, radio, billboards, internet, are all fake. I'm writing an honest review so other ppl don't get suckered into their bad business practices.

They were more than happy to schedule an appt to get in the door. My issue was that I had sewage backing up in my tub. Hope showed up and didn't even try to unclog. He jumped the gun and insisted I needed to have my main sewer line redone. I told him I needed to have a second opinion because of how crazy expensive it is. I got my second opinion thru rotorooter and I can't brag on them enough! They knew instantly that all I needed was a good snake down my drain. They charged under $500 with a warranty. Hope plumbing is run now by investors who don't care about the customer. I personally know a former employee of Hopes and yes, they've really gone downhill since the investors took over. If you don't mind paying thousands of dollars for scrappy service, then this is who you should call! Never again!

We have a story for you. On April 20, we had Hope Plumbing Heating and Cooling come out to do a routine tune up on our ac. Our former HVAC company merged with them, so that is why we had them come out. He did not want to do a tune up because the unit is 10 years old. He told us our unit is leaking, it could fall thru the floor, the blower was pulling too many amps and that we needed a new one. The cost for a new HVAC system, even with a discount, would of costed $13,800. We wrote them a check for $2,000 as a down payment so we would not have to finance so much. He told us they would not deposit the check until the job was completed, which was scheduled for April 27. I called our bank on April 24 to make sure it did not get deposited, and yes, they did on April 21. I called them and cancelled the job. I told them we wanted our money back. They called and left 2 different voicemails, that are still on my voicemail, telling me they would process a refund and it would go in the mail either tha

I had a very negative experience with Hope. They misdiagnosed the problem, did shoddy work on the installation they said would fix my problem, which resulted in my spending over $3,000 unnecessarily. Then, only after I had another one of their plumbers come to the house and diagnose the problem that I had originally suggested, and I wrote a negative review (after waiting over a week to hear back from them) did they refund the money at the same time as asking me to delete the review. The actual problem was one I had suggested to them and that I've now been told was extremely obvious and couldn't have been missed by a competent plumber but could have been missed by someone wanting to make more money. I've since had the problem resolved for less than $300.

Horrible Service, thru and thru. Electrical Services thru Frye (they just merged) .... They kept and I mean kept sending kids out to perform services. Two kids (both under 23) are arguing about how the light switch and electrical outlet should be fixed and they both were wrong. Another tech had to come back out to fix their mess ups. A waste of time and they did not wear their shoe booties properly. Walked outside in the rain with them on an came right back in my house with their wet rainy shoes and made mud marks all in the house, right after my house cleaner left and HOPE never cleaned up after themselves. Not only the rain and mud weren't wiped up but the dust and debris from the job wasn't cleaned up either. Extremely upset. Then I was told about 2 issues in my control panel box that needed to be replaced, even though they just did those services last year, and they wanted to charge to fix what they did wrong less than a year ago. Before/After pics were never provided.

I contacted Service Plus/Hope Plumbing on a Friday around 4 p.m. after the gas company shut off service due to a leak, leaving my tenant without heat. They charged a $675 diagnostic fee (which they later offered to remove) and quoted $2,130 for repairs, promising the total would be no more than that. After more than eight hours on-site, they said all leaks were fixed and the line was holding pressure. An hour later, the gas company retested the line and it failed. Despite repeated calls, no one returned until Monday at 11 a.m., nearly 40 hours later. The new technician said the home needed a full re-pipe for an additional $1,500 and told us the account would go to collections if we didn?t pay for the failed repair. He also asked my tenant if she wanted the gas turned back on despite an active leak. I hired Absolute Comfort, who found and fixed the real issue in under 30 minutes for $650. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.

Wrong (or lack thereof) diagnosis. Aggressive payment demands upon completion of work. Threatened about placing a lien on property within 3 weeks of completing work (we needed a few more days to pay so our credit line would renew at the billing cycle). Do not use.

The plumbing job was done extremely well! Joshua Earle was our plumber and he did a fantastic job. He replaced a toilet, flange and pipes. Couldn't be happier with his work. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing.

The job was the installation of a new water softener and removal of the old one. The work was done efficiently and expertly. Tyler did a great job and was extremely knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and made sure we understood how the new softener works. Will definitely be using Hope Plumbing when needed in the future.
