Horrible Service, thru and thru. Electrical Services thru Frye (they just merged) .... They kept and I mean kept sending kids out to perform services. Two kids (both under 23) are arguing about how the light switch and electrical outlet should be fixed and they both were wrong. Another tech had to come back out to fix their mess ups. A waste of time and they did not wear their shoe booties properly. Walked outside in the rain with them on an came right back in my house with their wet rainy shoes and made mud marks all in the house, right after my house cleaner left and HOPE never cleaned up after themselves. Not only the rain and mud weren't wiped up but the dust and debris from the job wasn't cleaned up either. Extremely upset. Then I was told about 2 issues in my control panel box that needed to be replaced, even though they just did those services last year, and they wanted to charge to fix what they did wrong less than a year ago. Before/After pics were never provided.

Pro was very helpful.

Wrong (or lack thereof) diagnosis. Aggressive payment demands upon completion of work. Threatened about placing a lien on property within 3 weeks of completing work (we needed a few more days to pay so our credit line would renew at the billing cycle). Do not use.

Hired at Hope Plumbing with tomorrow install.

Professional job. Just expensive for the single outside spigot replacement.

The plumbing job was done extremely well! Joshua Earle was our plumber and he did a fantastic job. He replaced a toilet, flange and pipes. Couldn't be happier with his work. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing.

The job was the installation of a new water softener and removal of the old one. The work was done efficiently and expertly. Tyler did a great job and was extremely knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and made sure we understood how the new softener works. Will definitely be using Hope Plumbing when needed in the future.

Our plumbing problem began in March. We had a different plumbing company address it twice in 6 months. When the problem again arose within days of the second fix, we contacted Hope. Hope was able to address the problem and provide a solution. Due to several issues, it was not a simple fix. Everyone we worked with at Hope was friendly and professional. We highly recommend Hope Plumbing

We needed a sewer line replacement and called Hope Plumbing. Dan came out and walked us through our options. Dan took into consideration saving our concrete porch and we went with the pipe bursting option. Brent and KJ completed the job and were extremely professional and did an excellent job. Brent was easy to communicate with and we were extremely happy with the job that was done. Although no one wants to have this work done, I highly recommend Hope to take care of your sewer line and plumbing needs!

They installed a water C softener for me.

We had plumbing issues with our main drain. A different plumbing company had addressed the issue twice in 6 months. Unfortunately, within days the issue again arose. Because of logistics primarily living in Marion County, it turned out to be a difficult problem. Hope addressed the issue which included several different areas. Every person we worked with at Hope was professional and worked diligently to be certain the solution for our problem was cost effective and permanent. We very highly recommend Hope Plumbing
