Tim is very friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently explained the repairs while fixing them and then provided pictures. I would definitely hire him again. Thanks Tim! Update: Since then, the repairs were not fixed and my roof is still leaking. And I cannot get him on the phone. I would not recommend him.

Did the job!

Tim was on it from the start. Really appreciated his communication and transparency about the repairs I needed. Plus he finished the job within 1 day of initially coming to the house. And it was a bonus he could find replacement pieces of my 19 year old tile roof so it looked great.

Tim was great. He was professional, prompt, and fair, I would hire him again in a second.

Very efficient and professional. So thankful that he was available on a rainy Sunday morning. I emailed him Sunday morning around 2:30; called me at 7:30 a.m.; came at 9 a.m.; repaired the leak. I think the roof was fixed, but I have no way to know for sure. The rain came again and it did not leak. Tim Hopkins was a nice guy and did a couple extra things for me without asking for more. The reason I gave 4-star was that he said he would send me pictures after the repair but they did not come until I asked a couple times.

Tim was fantastic! We didn't know if we needed just a repair or a of the roof needed to be replaced. Tim came out right away, took a look at the project and gave me an honest assessment. Fixed the problem immediately and checked for other potential areas that needed repair. Gave a great price as well. Would definitely recommend his company!

Good work, but expensive.

Tim was very knowledgeable & took the time to show me how to repair some smaller roofing issues when he could have charged for these repairs. Great customer service is hard to find these days. would use again if needed.

He was prompt in getting here. He said the leak was at Flashing and Gutter. He replaced a few tiles and said one was broken. He put foil under the gutter and side of house. He didn't have any tiles in his truck so he wrapped some of the foil around the tile and reinstalled it. he said he would get a few more tiles for me the following Wednesday and come back to replace the broken tile. He did not call me back on Wednesday so I called him Thursday. He said he was too busy to get the tiles and would call me back when got them. I also informed him that the leak was still there. He said to call him back to set up a time for him to come back. I called later that day and got his voice mail and left him with dates that I was available. Several days went by and I called again and got his voice mail. Two weeks have gone by and I have not heard from him. I paid $365 and still have the same leak. Today I hired Cal Vintage Roofing Inc. to do the repair. I was informed that the leak was somewhere near or under the valley. Tiles would have to be removed and the valley cleaned or repaired. Install new 30lb felt paper and new battons and reinstall tiles and replace broken tile. Hopkins might be good at repairing asphalt shingle roofs but not tile roofs. At this time I am not sure I would use Home Advisor again.
