Demanded payment in full on initial visit and said it would take 2 weeks to get parts for my U-Line refrigerator. It took over a month. I didn't find out about the delay until I called them at 15 days after the initial visit. Once they had the parts I scheduled a time for them to repair the unit and they didn't show. This happened two additional times until I threatened to take legal action. Once they showed up they repaired the unit and it works fine.

Initial visit was normal, Travis appeared to know what he was talking about. Gave an estimate on services needed and parts to be ordered. Paid half in advance so he could order the parts. Never heard back again. Had to track him down and got 3 totally different reasons on 3 separate calls as to why the parts were not in or why he could not finish the work. Took continued follow-up on my end to get him to come over and finished the first half of the work (which turned out not to work anyway). Never finished the second half of the work after no showed TWICE on scheduled appointments. No call back, no explanations. I would have given a zero rating or negative if that's available.

just 2 seconds after hanging up the phone with Home Advisors, our telephone rang and it was Horizon and we set an appoint ment to have our fridge checked out. Travis, from Horizon arrived on time and diagnosed our fridge problem within 15 minutes and from there Travis said that he would have to pick up a part and then would arrive the next morning to do the repair. The next morning, Travis was on time and within 15 minutes, he was completed and the cost was very reasonable. We will now use Horizon for any future appliance repair that we need.

Travis from Horizon Appliance Repair (Formerly Eagle Appliance Repair) never fixed our appliance! The screws are still in the same place where he left them. He took our money and left us with nothing but promises. If he could not fix our appliance I wish he would have told us instead of ordering parts that were not compatible with our appliance. Travis if you are reading this you should be ashamed!

CJ, took care of my refrigerator water leak, it was only a plugged up hose on the bottom causing back blow and water coming out from bottom of frig. CJ did a fast , clean, and thorough job, and did not try to stick it to me excuse my French... Thanks, Travis and Horizon Alliance

I thought I might have to trash the 18 year old fridge freezer which was not getting cold in the fridge and the freezer needed defrosting every few days. After I submitted my request on HomeAdvisor, Travis was very responsive from the beginning , called me immediately, arrived when he sad he would and has provided an economical repair in less than 24hrs from my initial submission . He is also a very courteous gentleman. Good prompt customer service from Horizon. Full marks.

Great communicators and very flexible with the schedule. The repair saved us a lot of money because it was affordable and prolonged the replacement of our washing machine.

Travis was honest and told me exactly what was wrong, fixed it and charged me accordingly. My garbage disposal didn't need to be replaced.

Did not return calls. Did not fix the dishwasher. Did not try to make things right.

Travis had 2 problems on two apliances an older commercial freezer and an older high end side by side fridge it took him only a few minutes to diagnose each problem and price the parts so i knew going in how much it would cost. It took a little time trying to locate the parts but the day they came in he was at myfarm and had both appliances up and running. He kept in touch along the ways a well. Travis is the best service man I've ever hired. My past experiences in my community have been a huge dissappointment I was Leary about anything on line so Home Advisor I'm sending out a shout to you as well. Merry Christmas from Bob Bonney owner.
