They came when they said they would and went above and beyond cleaning up all of my leaves and mowing and they were very reasonable in their pricing and very nice and cooperative. I would recommend them highly and will use them in the future.

Darren responded within a half hour of my registering my request on Homeadvisor. He and 4 others showed up on time and did an excellent job removing leaves from my front and back yards. I will use them for other services as well in the future.

Horizon was professional and polite. They contacted me quickly and worked around my schedule. Even when work was delayed due to weather, they stayed in touch and communicated well. They were also able to remove a stump that 3 other lawn/tree services were unable to take care of. My lawn looks great now.

I live in Charlotte and my parents live in Clinton, TN. Due to all the recent snow, my parents could not get out to the main road due to the snow and ice on their driveway. I called on a Wednesday and spoke to Darren about how soon they could come out and do the clearing. He was able to come the next afternoon and plowed the snow and applied salt to the ice. My parents were able to get out to the main road the following day! Darren even sent me a text after they left asking if my dad made it back in the house ok due to the snow in the yard. Would definetly recommend and/or rehire for future work. Great experience.

I requested ice/snow removal from driveway. Was told they would be unable to remove the ice but could put down salt mix on driveway. I can only find one small area where ice melted down to driveway. The rest of the driveway appears to have received no treatment or salt melt applied. Was charged one hundred dollars for this service. Was dissatisfied with service provided.
