When I first called Horizon and set up an appointmentl, they ddn't show up nor did they call to say they had to cancel. When I didn't hear from them for several days, I called them. They set up another appointment and this time showed up. The young man who came said his father had passed away the day of my original appointment and had to leave town immediately. He then checked out my path lights and fixed them, but needed a part to complete the repair. He returned several days later and completed the project and didn't charge me for the return trip. Ater a rough start, I ended up completely satisfied with Horizon.

We really enjoyed working with Horizon Lightscapes, they did a wonderful job on our house. We also loved the demo they gave us before they came to install the lights, it let us see what we were getting and how are house would look lit up. Thanks again we loved your work
