After some miscommunication about arrival time Ural arrived and worked continuously until he found and resolved a very difficult problem in an older house where many who had come before had worked unable to resolve the problem.

I was very pleased with Horizon. The technician was the owner of the company and I can't imagine getting better service from anyone else in the company other htan the owner. He was friendly and respectful. He arrived when he said he would which is a plus if you're busy. He diagnosed the problem quickly and moved to remedy the situation right away. I would definitely recommend Horizon to others.

he was very professional but couldn't smell the musty smell from my hvac, so he really couldn't help me at all. he checked out the system and everything looked good otherwise.

The technician that came out, Payton, was very helpful and honest. He explained why the unit had a problem, how it all happened and answered all of my questions pertaining to my unit. I would definately use Horizon again and definately ask for Payton personally.

Mr. Payton was very professional and provided good advice on the situation with my AC unit.
